Debbie Foster’s introduction to Real Estate and Santa Cruz came at the young age of 6 after her Father finished his army career and became a Realtor, specializing in new subdivisions.
Debbie brings 40+ years of experience in the real estate sales, banking, and mortgage lending industries in Santa Cruz County. Her passion is buying and remodeling investment properties, having owned about 35 homes herself. Her range is unlimited from selling multi-million dollar homes to helping senior clients downsize and first time homebuyers. She prides herself in being a results-driven advocate for her many clients.
Travel is her favorite pastime! She has visited Western & Eastern Europe, Asia, Central and Southern American, the Caribbean, Canada and has seen much of the most important country, the USA!
